Intended for those companies that primarily need a licence to their installed software, and want a business relationship with an established company.
Standard Support
You get one business day turn around support via our online ticketing system.
Each of your machines can report its package setup and configuration files and we create a custom installer image so you can get your systems back up and running more quickly in the event of a hardware failure or other disaster recovery scenario.
Maintenance Windows
We have scheduled maintenance windows from 0200-0300 US Central time on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. Normally maintenance requires either no down time on our part, or a few minutes to reboot a server.
